As a three phased project in collaboration with the ONNI group, Comodo supplied suites furniture, lighting, door signages, luxury amenity furniture (indoor, outdoor, and pool), exterior post lights, trellises, cabanas, pergola, and grill stations.

At Downtown South Olive, comodo did the FF&E supply and install of Level furnished suites, closet organizers, indoor and outdoor luxury amenity furniture,  the built-in banquette, and materials in collaboration with the ONNI group. Comodo also supple and installed With four bedrooms, a private theatre, pool, and many other entertainment spaces, Comodo furnished this 18k sqft penthouse, providing a luxury built-in closet, lighting fixtures, and LED lighting for the pool. 

Alongside the Hilton hotel group, Comodo provided complete interior renovation and FF&E supply & Furnishing. Furthermore, Comodo was the General Contractor on this project, working with the Crescent Croup and the hotel owner.

Within this project, Comodo supplied and installed the level furnished suites, closet organizers, door signages, indoor and outdoor luxury amenity furniture, and materials and lighting supply & procurement to ONNI's Highrise, 825 South Hill. Furthermore, we supplied and installed for the largest penthouse in the city of Los Angeles, Comodo supplied and installed furniture and lighting for the 19k sqft penthouse including a fitness studio, pool and hot tub, and two floors of living spaces. Within the interior, there are five large bedrooms and full luxurious interior furnishing in every space.

As the general contractors for this hotel renovation project, Comodo managed the site while supplying and installing all the FF&E.
